Hello, my name is Justin Tiner. I am the owner of the local State Farm Agency located in Davenport Iowa, servicing all of Iowa and Illinois. I lived in the Quad Cities for a few years and graduated from Saint Ambrose University in 2012. I am also a former professional basketball player overseas, with playing experience in Barcelona Spain, Toronto Canada, and Killarney Ireland.
