"Have called multiple times to get a life insurance policy canceled, was told it was canceled, my card was charged again I called back and told y’all hey this was supposed to be canceled and I was told oh yeah I see that in the notes here is some paperwork to sign again and we will get you a refund, I still haven’t seen a refund and it’s been a couple of weeks and the overall experience with your office has not been good at all."

"Sometimes the process of looking for insurance can be tedious and a little scary. There’s always this fear that someone is trying to overcharge you and under promise on what their product offers. But that was not my experience this time. My experience this time brought me to Justin Tiner’s agency. Where the service was remarkable. I had the chance to work with Richard Winfrey as well. he was assigned to my file. My policy happened with ease. They were determined in finding the best plan for me. And for that, I’m thankful.
